Poll: Guinta Gains on Shea-Porter after ‘Calamitous August’

Manchester Mayor and Republican congressional candidate Frank Guinta has pulled within the margin of error against embattled incumbent Democratic Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter, a new NowHampshire.com poll shows.
