POLL: Shea-Porter’s antics catching up to her

Voters appear to have soured on embattled New Hampshire Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter after a series of bizarre antics have made her the subject of widespread derision in Washington and New Hampshire.
According to a new poll by the University of New Hampshire only 35% of likely voters approve of the job Shea-Porter is doing in Congress. 40% disapprove. 24% are neutral or don’t know for sure how they feel.
Even worse, all potential Republican candidates for Congress – even the lesser-known candidates – would defeat her if the election were held today. Former Manchester Mayor Frank Guinta performs best against Shea-Porter, defeating her in a hypothetical match up 43% -33%.
In her most damaging blunder, Shea-Porter actually called up a reporter at the Portsmouth Herald and claimed she had never been removed from a George W. Bush town hall event in 2005. A FOIA request filed by NowHampshire.com yielded that Shea-Porter was lying and that she had actually been removed by two police officers.
But this gaffe is not an isolated event. Below is a compendium of Shea-Porter’s gaffes, botches, blunders and outrageous moments:
Quite frankly, it’s time for a change of representation in New Hampshire.

Carol Shea-Porter is the biggest joke NH has ever sent to Washington, DC.
Cynthia Shaheen is the second biggest joke, and probably the worst US Senator we’ve ever had.
These two almost make me want to move to the state to our immediate south! Thankfully, I appreciate the traditional aspects of the New Hampshire Advantage.

I think she went off the rails when she started describing the mainstream of the population in terms of the bedroom act taught to her by her sainted mother whom she trots out for her campaign…
UNH put her in the same spot against a Republican every year at this time, and she always wins.
Only a few hours prior to Obama’s Manchester, NH, rally, when Shea-Porter stood on the stage grinning at The One’s side, she visited her local HRC campaign office and stood around chatting it up with campaign volunteers. Shea-Porter had one of them go online to view a recent video clip of Barney Frank all the while she stood there mocking and making fun of how Frank talked. That’s who and what she is all about.
A Democrat that lies? Why isn’t she president?
Next in the playbook is for her spokepeople to say the polls reflect a sexist attitude which cannot stand to have a strong woman in Congress, let alone representing those patriarchists. Unfortunately for Carol, that playbook is hopelessly overused and has become ineffective.
Another ultra-lib who will be dragged away from the public trough come November.
