Anti-spending crowd likes the sound of “Gov. John Stephen”

During the Q&A session toward the end of the House GOP’s Stop the Spending Summit on Tuesday in Concord, someone playfully asked presenter John Stephen when he will be announcing for governor.
The crowd responded with applause.
