Hopeful signs are emerging that the fierce economic recession could be hitting its bottom and the U.S. economy could be poised for a comeback.

According to the Commerce Department, orders for manufactured goods rose 1.8 percent in February, despite estimates it would drop again for the seventh straight month. Construction spending and pending home sales improved as well. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average flirted with 8,000 all week.

Not all signs are optimistic, however. Federal jobless claims hit a new high this week to 669,000. New Hampshire unemployment data will be out today.

  1. Our home business was really affected by the Economic recession, we have to cut jobs just to cover up our losses. fortunately, we have already recovered. *
