BREAKING NEWS:UPDATE – NH Gay Marriage Bill Passes on Reconsideration

After a morning of highly charged and emotional speeches both for and against House Bill 436, the New Hampshire House of Representatives first voted 183-182 against legalizing gay marriage, but then 186-179 in favor when the motion was reconsidered.
The Granite State is on the path to become the third state to legalize gay marriage, joining Connecticut and Massachusetts.
